Strut Not to Wear

Some folks dress to impress. Others try, but leave us to guess.

Strut Not to Wear
(A nonet for the style set)

Perfectly meticulous is he,
Always assiduously garbed.
Methodically he struts.
Deeply he bows to awe.
But is he joyful?
Dressing in-depth
Or indeed?
Mirrors
Lie.
