C’mon. everybody needs a friend like this.
Marveling at missing marbles
We’re missing our
marbles and many dear things.
We can’t find our
glasses, our keys, or our rings.
We pick up our cells,
give each other a call
To ask where our
phones might have happened to fall.
Despite all these trinkets
we seem to misplace,
Our friendship is
something lost minds can’t erase.
Sure, losing some
stuff for a stretch is a pain,
But together we claim
we still have half a brain.
